With over 10 years of experience, he has been involved in mergers and acquisitions, liability restructuring, cross-border transactions, and estate and asset planning. He has also represented his clients' interests before the Internal Revenue Service and Tax and Customs Courts.
Since 2018, Alfonso has also served as an advisor to Fundación Antenna.
