Nicolás Zisis Banz

Nicolás concentrates his practice on dispute resolution of complex commercial and civil matters, focusing on negotiation and arbitration.

With more than 10 years of experience in the field, he has advised and represented sovereign states, government agencies and private sector companies in national and international disputes in various jurisdictions, including commercial and investment arbitrations under the rules of UNCITRAL, ICC, ICSID, SCC, CAM Santiago and ad-hoc arbitrations. Nicolás has relevant experience in the construction and infrastructure sectors, in mining, energy and natural resources projects, and in corporate conflicts, among others.

He is part of the list of young arbitrators at CAM Santiago.

Nicolás is a Private Law Professor at the Diego Portales University. He previously taught the same course at the Adolfo Ibáñez University.
