Francisco Tapia Ferrer

Francisco is an expert in administrative, environmental, and natural resources matters. He has experience in the public and private sectors.

In the public sector, he was legal advisor to the Environmental Court of Valdivia and the Ministry of Finance. In the private sector, he has advised companies from various industries, supporting them both in the development and management of projects, as well as in disputes, sanctioning procedures, and liability lawsuits against third parties.

Francisco also works as advisor in regulatory and sustainability matters at the Mining Council and has been Professor of Administrative Law at the Law School of Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.
