Tania Villarroel Oyarzún

Tania is our advisor in public policy matters. She has extensive experience in civil litigation and arbitration in real estate, construction, shareholder agreements, and technology matters, among others. She has also represented national and international companies in class actions under consumer law and antitrust proceedings.

She is a member of the list of young arbitrators at CAM Santiago.

Tania is a Senior Policy Analyst at UnidosUS in Washington, DC, and Professor of the Department of Private Law at the University of Chile, where she teaches Civil Law.
