Gerardo is a multidisciplinary lawyer with experience in various fields such as commerce, technology, and finance.

He has been involved in numerous national and international matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, banking, infrastructure project development and financing, as well as reorganization and insolvency, administrative procedures, and commercial disputes.

Gerardo is admitted to practice in Chile and in the State of California, USA.

In addition to his activities as a lawyer at Fix, Gerardo is co-founder and director of Aevum. He is also a Professor at the Department of Economic, Commercial and Tax Law of Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
