Clemente focuses his practice on commercial, civil, insurance, and real estate matters.
He has led and participated in various corporate governance issues, the negotiation of commercial contracts, liquidations, and corporate structuring of companies, with both domestic and foreign counterparts and clients. Recently, he has concentrated his practice on insolvency proceedings, representing financial and operational creditors.
Clemente is also a Professor of the Department of Economic, Commercial, and Tax Law at the Faculty of Law of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
